Allergy

Following list only refers to the major food allergens in our restaurant. Allergens not listed here(e.g. grape, celery, pumpkin and so on) are also used. If you have any allergies, please feel free to ask us.
Celiac Disease / Gluten-Free

It may take longer than usual to prepare your order.
We can replace the wheat flour in the Okonomiyaki’s batter with rice flour. Regular Okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise include wheat flour so if you need gluten free sauce and mayonnaise, we offer them.
Wheat flour is also used in the sauces for the Hida Beef Steak, Hida Beef BBQ and Local Pork BBQ. You can substitute salt and pepper for the sauces.
Tofu BBQ’s regular soy sauce also includes wheat flour. We can use gluten-free soy sauce instead of it.
We are sorry, but Fried wheat noodle cannot be substituted by other noodles.
Vegetarian

The combo menu which has no meat is 4+D combo(Mushroom flavor Okonomiyaki and Tofu BBQ). Tempura Flake, one of the Okonomiyaki’s ingredients uses seafood so if you do not eat seafood, we will remove it. Egg is also one of the Okonomiyaki’s ingredients, If you do not eat it, we also remove it. Ice cream can be substituted for soy milk dessert. Please let us know about your dietary custom.
